Firefighters in Leicester came to the rescue of three fox cubs that had become trapped between two buildings by drilling through a wall.
Crews attended a property on the city’s Letchworth Road on Sunday morning after residents reported hearing a distressed animal.
With the homeowner’s permission,they even removed a wall to reach the cubs.
Leicestershire Fire Brigade shared: ‘While you may have been on an Easter egg hunt on Sunday morning,one of our crews were busy cracking open a garage wall in a search for trapped fox cubs.’
