A man found dead at a home in Suffolk earlier this week was shot by a crossbow,it has emerged.
Paramedics called police to the scene after finding the man,aged in his 50s,seriously injured at an address in Lordscroft Lane,Haverhill,shortly before 8pm on Tuesday.
He died a short time later and his death was initially treated as unexplained but suspicious.
However,a post-mortem examination later revealed the cause of death to have been a crossbow bolt.
