Egyptian engineering firm Petrojet has secured a $21.76 million contract to develop a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) facility in Jordan, marking a significant step in its regional expansion strategy.
This project aligns with Petrojet’s broader objective to enhance its presence in the Middle East, particularly in energy infrastructure development. The company has been actively pursuing international contracts, with a notable portion of its recent projects located outside Egypt.
The Jordanian LPG project is part of Petrojet’s diversified portfolio, which includes ventures in seawater desalination, green hydrogen, and solar energy. By undertaking this project,Petrojet not only strengthens its position in the regional energy sector but also contributes to Jordan’s energy infrastructure development. This move reflects the company’s commitment to supporting energy needs across the region while pursuing growth opportunities beyond its home market.
