Moroccan Poet Abdelouahhab Errami Wins 2024 Paul Eluard Prize

Moroccan poet Abdelouahhab Errami has been awarded the 2024 Paul Éluard Prize by the Society of French Poets for his work Au Verso des Jours,the organization announced.

The annual Paul Éluard Prize recognizes outstanding contributions to French-language poetry. The Society of French Poets,which promotes contemporary poetry,oversees the award as part of its literary competitions.

Errami,a professor at the Higher Institute of Information and Communication in Rabat,is also a researcher,novelist,and translator.

His work spans journalism,communication,and literature. In 2019,he won the Grand Prix Orient-Occident des Arts et des Sciences at the International Poetry Festival in Romania.
