Attijariwafa bank’s Club Afrique Développement (CAD) successfully conducted its 41st multisector mission in Egypt on May 14-15,2025. Organized in partnership with Attijariwafa bank Egypt,the event brought together over 300 top economic and institutional decision-makers from 12 African countries,reinforcing the Club’s pivotal role in developing intra-African trade.
The mission attracted delegates from Cameroon,Congo,Côte d’Ivoire,Gabon,Mali,Morocco,Mauritania,Senegal,Chad,Togo,Tunisia,and Egypt,accompanied by representatives from Attijariwafa bank Group’s subsidiaries in each country.
The conference,themed “Connecting Markets,Building the Future,” featured,among others,a panel on “Intra-African Investment Opportunities” with discussions focusing on the importance of continental mobilization in strengthening economic partnerships and catalyzing concrete intra-African initiatives.
More than 400 structured B2B meetings were facilitated for participating companies in key sectors such as agribusiness,construction,distribution,and automotive.
Participants also toured the 10th of Ramadan industrial zone,considered the largest in the Middle East with over 6,000 industrial units0
Le Club Afrique Développement announced upcoming events,including a major multisector mission in Pointe-Noire,Republic of Congo,on June 24-25,2025,followed by a meeting in Libreville,on October 22-23. These initiatives align with Attijariwafa bank Group’s vision of promoting economic integration across the African continent.
