Transavia to launch 14 new routes to Morocco’s popular cities

Transavia,a Dutch low-cost airline,has agreed with Morocco’s National Tourism Office (ONMT) to launch 14 new flight routes to Morocco for the winter 2025–2026 season,starting October 26,2025.

The new connections will increase inbound travelers by an impressive 30% (over 130,000 seats) thanks to direct flights to popular destinations like Agadir,Marrakech,Essaouir,Dakhla,and Ouarzazate from France.

Morocco is becoming a primary destination in Transavia’s network,enhancing its visibility and attractiveness year-round for European travelers.


This expansion strengthens Morocco’s connectivity with Europe ahead of the 2030 World Cup,co-hosted by Morocco,Spain,and Portugal.

Transavia,a wholly owned subsidiary of KLM (part of the Air France-KLM group),operates numerous flights to Morocco,focusing on leisure destinations.

Based primarily at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol,with additional bases in Rotterdam,Eindhoven,and Paris-Orly (via Transavia France),the airline offers affordable,direct flights to several Moroccan cities,emphasizing accessibility and budget-friendly travel.
