Urgent search for two girls, 12 and 13, who vanished on their way to school

An urgent search is underway for two girls who disappeared on their way to school in Buckinghamshire.

Elina,and Keyra,from Steeple Claydon,were last seen in Buckingham at around 8.20am on Tuesday.

Both girls were wearing their school uniform when they vanished.

Inspector Oliver Brixey said: ‘We are growing extremely concerned for both Elina and Keyra’s welfare as they have not been seen since Tuesday.

‘We have been working hard to find them both since they were reported missing earlier today but now we need the public’s help.

‘I am appealing for anyone with information on their whereabouts to please come forward.

‘If you see them,please call 999.’

Mr Brixey added: ‘I would also like to appeal to Elina and Keyra.

‘You are not in any trouble all,but we are really concerned for you.

‘Please contact us or your families to let us know where you are. We want to know that you are safe.’
